some sleep prescriptions
Have you ever missed a good night sleep and then the next night stayed up late? Sleep is more important than people recognize, as we get older it becomes even more important. Sleep is an important part of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Make sure you are getting seven to eight hours of your vital rest a night. I love sleeping but I always sleep after 12.30 pm and wake up late, I miss sunrise…fresh air in the morning…they are so precious for me, I forget when is the last time I saw sunrise..lol.
Here are some good sleep prescription for you :
1. keep away from caffeine and other stimulants late in the day. Each person’s tolerances may vary, but a general good guideline is to not have any stimulants after 2:30pm.
2. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day. This helps to make sure your biological clock keep a healthy schedule.
3. Exercise in the morning or in the early afternoon. This will ensure that you have enough time to allow your body to calm down from activity so that it can relax.
4. Dim the lights an hour or two before bed-time
5. Take a bath, it will make your body and mind fresh.

Very informative and important write-up. People just don’t realize how important sleep is for staying healthy and fit. Thanks!
